Hi, I’m Elizabeth.

Curiosity has always been my compass. It took me from the fashion industry in Manhattan to tech in San Francisco, with a deliberate mid-pandemic detour to Barcelona for a Masters in UX Design. I made it back to San Francisco in 2024.

I started as a Producer and Project Manager on design teams at Coach, Apple, and Docusign before transitioning to UX Design at Google’s Area 120 in 2018. That operational background shapes how I work. I understand where products break down and what it takes to bring a team through ambiguity and growth.

After 15+ years spanning established industry-defining companies to brand-new startups, I want to point all of my experience towards products that are making a positive impact — reducing waste, championing creativity, or bringing people together in person.

If that sounds like what you're building, I'd love to hear from you.

  • Served as the UX Design Lead for a finite client project. Focused on design flows for decision making and clarity, storyboarding, prototyping, presenting to and addressing client’s callouts, working lockstep with engineering and UI Designer.

  • Co-lead of a team of six new UX designers. Executed multiple concept projects, a client project and deliverables with tight turnarounds. Heavy on user testing, design sprints, design process artifacts, synthesizing research, etc.

  • First UX Designer of AdLingo, a conversational marketing startup, in Google’s incubator. Focused on product evolution, client adoption and feedback, tools for scaling, A/B testing, engineering and business partnerships, optimizing for acquisition, and more.

  • Main point person for a mixed team of UX Designers, UX Writers and Visual Designers. Brought diligence, motivation, tenacity, communication, and creative solutions to the launch of the iPhone buy flow revamp and iPhone Upgrade projects.

  • Given the near impossible task of the creation, roll-out and maintenance of a design request and prioritization process for the entire Marketing division to adhere to, using JIRA, I triumphed. Embedded on the in-house Visual Design team.

  • Inaugural member of the Design Production team, within the Design Accessories team. Created and maintained material libraries, systematized thousands of data points for three consecutive development quarters, improved continuity across products, digitized color palettes, sourced inspiration, and much more.
